The engraved ForevQR code can be easily scanned by any smartphone or tablet, enabling you to share memories, photos, and memories with family and friends, forever.

Upon purchase of this item, you will be sent an email containing a unique URL to a website that you will use to create your loved one's memorial website. 
You will be able to add up to 50 photos and videos as well as unlimited text as well as links to your loved one's social media accounts or ancestry/family tree. 
There are also customizations available for military veterans where additional information can be displayed. 
The website also includes a Eulogies section where memories and rememberances can be added by friends and family.
You can display the ForevQR code at a funeral or memorial service or share on Facebook or other social media, so that your loved one's friends and family can leave their own eulogy or memory to be displayed on your loved one's website forever.
